Y2系列三相異步電動機　

     Y2系列（IP54）電動機是封閉自扇冷式鼠籠型三相異步電動機，是我國最新統一設計的基本系列，是取代Y系列〈IP44〉的更新換代產品。其安裝尺寸符合IEC國際標準，在同功率同轉速時，可與Y系列電動機及德國DIN標準電動機互換使用。本系列電動機適用于驅動無特殊要求的各種機械設備。

主要結構特點

   Y2系列電動機機座采用平行、垂直分布的散熱片結構，使電動機的外形有較大的改觀，接線盒置于機座頂部，便于用戶左、右接線。

功率范圍 

   Y2系列電動機功率從0.12-315kW，機座號從H63-355。其中H132機座號及以下電動機采用鑄鐵和鋁合金兩種機殼，以滿足出口及國內配套需要。

絕緣等級與溫升 

   Y2系列電動機采用F級絕緣，溫升按B級絕緣溫升限值考核，提高了電動機的可靠性。

防護等級 

   Y2系列電動機整機防護等級IP54，接線盒的防護等級為IP55，提高了電動機防塵和防水的能力。

噪聲振動 

   Y2系列電動機通過對電磁設計和結構設計的改進，使電動機的噪聲和振動得到有效的控制。

電壓與頻率

    Y2系列電動機額定電壓為380V，頻率為50Hz。3kW(4HP)及以下者為Y接法，其他功率均為△接法，若用戶有特殊要  求，可提出特殊要求，可提出特殊定貨。

    Y2 series(IP54) motors are totally-enclosed fan-cooled aquirrel cage three-phase induction motors.The whole series is a new basic seies designed unitedly in China,so it takes the place of old Y series(IP44) motors.The mouning dimensions and output ratings are conformed to IEC specifications.Under in rated output and rated apeed,it can take the place of Y series or DIN Standard motors. The series motors are of general perpose,suitable for driving machines and equipments without special requirements.

MAIN CONSTRUCTION FEATURES
       on the surface of frame,the cooling rins in horizontal direction and that in longitudinal direction are normal to each oher,the neighbouring double fins are parallel to rach other,appearance nice looking.The terminal box is located on the top of frame, user may freely connect lead wires at the left or at the right.

RATED OUTPUT RANGE:
     0.12kW to 315kW for frame numbers H63 to H355,of which the coverings for equal and less than the frame number H132 motors are made of cadt iron,or of alloy aluminium,customer may make the choice by requirements.

INSULATION CLASS AND TEMPERATURERISE
      Adopting class Finsulation and checking permissible limits of temperature rise against that of xlass B,so the insulation reliability is improved.

PROTECTION DEGREE
      The integral protection degree reaches IP54,the terminal box IP55,dust-tight and water-proof effects are very good.

NOISE AND VIBRATION
     Because of improving electromagnetic and constructional design,low noise and little vibration.

CONNECTIONS
      Y-connection is used in equal and less than 3kW(4HP)motors,△-connection in the others. We can receive orders with special requirements if necessary.
